At a funeral, an orange rolling across the floor triggers a childhood memory of a watermelon falling and breaking open. As the child desperately tries to put it back together,  seeds and juice slip away. Returning to the present, she begins to face the loss she could not repair.      

HYPERLINK is a frame-by-frame hand-drawn and mixed-media animation exploring the relationship between online information spread and microbes in the human brain.        

The work compares the online ecosystem to a microbial world, where information behaves like bacteria and viruses,        evolving through algorithms. Memes multiply rapidly, and information becomes ubiquitous, entering through our visual perception and shaping the way we think.
